Aine Wallace (Director)
Aine Wallace, a Creative Health Practitioner & Professional Trainer, is the founder of Fresh Minds Education, a company who use innovation and creative approaches to develop mental and emotional health practices for individuals, families and communities.

Aine works with children & young people, parents and practitioners and has been delivering services within Suicide Prevention for over the past 10 years, continually working on ensuring company materials are up to date and congruent with national standards of best practice as well as aligned with the wider professional literature on best practice for Suicide Prevention and promoting positive mental health.  

An extensive 20 year career in the voluntary and community sector in Northern Ireland has given Aine national and international experience of working with young people and adult learners including facilitating programmes in Canada, South Africa and throughout Europe. This has led to opportunities as a consultant for YMCA Ireland and National Youth Council of Ireland, writing, reviewing and evaluating training programmes. 

​In 2011, Aine authored the Standards for Quality Training in Promoting Mental Health & Suicide Prevention in Northern Ireland and the Suicide Prevention Strategy for County Westmeath she has also worked as lead consultant for the Office for the Minister of Children and Youth Affairs (Ireland) working on mental health consultations with young people.
Siobhan McFall Majier (Fresh Little Minds Facilitator)
​​Siobhan Meijer McFaul is an experienced Fresh Little Minds Practitioner and the most senior programme ambassadors.  As a co-tutor on the Learn to Teach programme Siobhan is responsible for delivering training in the three programmes Grow, Inspire and Relax and mentoring new facilitators.

Siobhan’s aim is to help children to become resilient, to enable them to cope with life’s challenges and realise their creativity – in a fun and enjoyable manner!  Siobhan is a mother to two children, since becoming a mother she has been inspired by her children to share how her life changed in order to help others manage the changes and challenges parenthood can bring.

With over 25 years’ experience in working with the public, the corporate world, community organisations and in leading teams. This extensive experience in working with people means Siobhan can really connect with those she works with.

“My vision is to share ways to increase confidence and happiness in the children and adults she who are experiencing challenges and stress in their lives” says Siobhan.

Together with Fresh Little Minds, Siobhan is a Mini Me Yoga and Laughter Yoga Ambassador.

Stella Murray (Education Consultant)
Stella Murray is a freelance consultant with particular interest in well-being and mental health education. At Fresh Little Minds, Stella oversees Learn to Teach training content and provides the robust academic and educational references to this inspirational work.   

In addition she works for the Global Learning Programme supporting values based global education which promotes empowerment and positive action for change. She is a trainer for Adoption UK and the TESSA Project providing support to schools and families with children who have experienced developmental trauma and attachment difficulties. In previous roles as Human Rights Education Coordinator for Amnesty International and as coordinator of the Global Dimension in Education Project at St. Mary’s University College, her work with teachers and student teachers has aimed to raise awareness of injustice, human rights and interdependence and recognise the vital role of education in moving towards a more just, equitable and sustainable future.

Formally a primary school teacher, Stella has since worked in various roles in Solomon Islands in the South Pacific, Tanzania and Laos in South East Asia.
Jill Harkness (Administration)
Jill has been an essential part of the Fresh Minds Education team, her official title is ‘Office Co-ordinator’ but she does a bit of anything and everything, and loves how varied the role is.

Jill is responsible for managing and co-coordinating new trainees into the Fresh Little Minds family and responds to all enquires about Learn to Teach and Children's programmes   Her family and faith are very important to her and when not working she's more often than not involved in something in her local church.

"It has been a privilege to witness the growth and change of Fresh Minds Education and to be part of all of the different stages. I enjoy working in the background (organising everyone!) and supporting all of the work that goes on."

Adam Wallace (Training Consultant)
Adam is passionate about design, technology and creativity and how the intersection of these can act a catalyst for improving people's lives.  Adam Wallace studied Theatre at Ulster University and then Executive Education for Nonprofit Leaders at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

At Fresh Little Minds he develops and designs activities and interventions used within the programmes, bringing his extensive experience and research in using creative leaning methodologies  with children and young people.  

He was a key actor in the digital maker movement, establishing FabLab Belfast and Fab Foundation Ireland; an all Ireland network of FabLabs and partnering organisation with links to global Fab Foundation at MIT.   Adam is a lead tutor on the National Youth Council of Ireland's Certificate in Youth Arts at NUI Maynooth and co-ordinates Digital Catapult Northern Ireland a company that looks to use key emerging technology in create new opportunities for industry and civic society.
